Welcome to the Mental Health App User Guide. This guide provides instructions and features to help you get the most out of the application.

## **App Appearance**
- The app features a deep blue background (#040325) throughout all screens for a calming visual experience.

## **Check-In Screen**
### **How to Use**
- Use the **Date Selector** to choose the date for your entry. Selecting a date updates the current check-in date and collapses the calendar view.
- Rate your feeling by selecting a number on the **Feeling Number Wheel Picker**.
- Describe your mood using your own words in the **Feeling Word or Phrase** field.
- Tap **Save Check-In** to store your entry.

## **Trends Screen**
### **How to Use**
- View your emotional trends displayed on a line chart.
- Toggle between **Last 7 Days** and **All Data** to analyze different time periods.

## **Previous Feelings Screen**
### **How to Use**
- Browse through your past check-ins organized by date.
- Each entry includes the date, feeling number, and a brief description.
- Note: The word "description" label has been removed for a cleaner look.

## **Summary Screen**
### **How to Use**
- View a **Bar Graph** showing the past 7 days of check-ins, with the **day names below each bar**.
- Graph numbers are **larger and bold** for easy reading.
- Summary text such as “**Number of days checked in:**” and “**Average feeling number:**” are in a **larger font**, and their numeric values appear **twice as large**.
- Tap **Generate PDF Report** to create a summary report. The iOS **Send dialog box** appears immediately for sharing via text, email, or print.
- A **Done** button is available on the About page to close the window.

## **PDF Report Feature**
### **How to Use**
- From the Summary Screen, select **Generate PDF Report**.
- The report will include data from the **Previous Feelings Screen**.
- iOS's native share sheet will appear instantly, allowing you to send the PDF via email, text, or print.

- Tap to call a contact directly from the app.

- See a 7-day summary of emotional trends.
- View your check-in activity and generate a downloadable report.
